| Q. In 2007I noticed that you did not win any awards. Why?
A. We have not entered the contest since 2004. Ever since the Remodeler of the Year Awards and the New Construction Awards (later renamed the Awards of Excellence ) have been run we have won at least one 1st place. We have chosen not to enter and let the younger builders and remodelers have a chance to showcase their work.

| Q. Have you ever been sued? A. David J. Haller nor his Company has ever been sued for anything.

| Q. How many Houses have you built in the last 2 years and have your customers ever called you back?
A. We have built over 60 homes ranging from 2000 s.f. to 7000 s.f. and when my customers call, I always come back. We enjoy a repeat relationship with most of our former clients.
Many Clients do three, four or more projects throughout their home and business careers.
